Project introduction: Tomato paste spray drying

Tomato sauce contains high pectin, slow dehydration, high sugar content, easy to soften and agglomerate, high in red pigment and vitamins, easy to coking and oxidation.

Tomato powder will appear coking and discoloration in 2 hours under the temperature of 80℃. The technicians of our factory conduct small test, pilot test and large-scale spray drying test for the above characteristics. In 2000, it was designed and manufactured for Xinjiang Life Red Technology Investment and Development Co., Ltd. One production line with an annual output of 1,000 tons of tomato powder, the product quality is better than similar foreign products, filling the domestic gap and reaching the international advanced level.
